Training Opportunities
It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to get fitter and healthier, but aren’t quite sure about where to start. That’s where I come in. I offer a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire.

Yin Yoga
Passive Healing
Challenging in a different way, Yin Yoga consists mostly of seated or lying postures that are held for upwards of three to five minutes. Yin Yoga passively stretches connective tissue and muscles to release muscle tightness and stagnant energy. This gentler form of yoga offers the practitioner a chance to still the mind and reconnect. Yin Yoga is a wonderful complement to the more active (yang) forms of yoga.

Hatha Vinyasa
A confidence building class that focuses on building a strong foundation. Fundamental poses are broken down and proper alignment is emphasized. Modifications will be given if needed.
